They Must Have The Freedom To Move Throughout The Property Without Interruption or Distraction So NOTHING Is Missed! At Conclusion, The Inspector Will Take Time At The Conclusion Of The Site Visit For A Major Item Overview. The Inspector Will Prepare A Comprehensive Deficiency Report Off Site.

Part Two, Off Site Report Preparation: The Inspector Will Compile All Data Collected At The Time Of Inspection Into a Detailed Inspection Report Off Site After Leaving. The Home Inspection Report Is Typically Available Within 24 Hours Of The Site Visit And The Inspector Is Always Available For Questions.
